Our events team will help you organise your meeting, large or small, in either The PortsWood Hotel or sister hotel The Commodore. We have packages and optional extras to help you tailor your event perfectly.

We have full and half day conference packages for you to choose from.

Full-Day Conference Package

Includes:

• Venue hire
• Tea, coffee, and fruit juice on arrival
• Mid – morning tea break with a selection of snacks
• Lunch in the Quarterdeck Restaurant ( as per package selection)
• Mid – afternoon tea break with a selection of snacks.

Standard conference equipment

Half-Day Conference Package

Includes:

• Venue hire
• Tea, coffee, and fruit juice on arrival
• Mid – morning tea break with a selection of snacks
• Lunch in the Quarterdeck Restaurant ( as per package selection)

Floor and Seat Plan

Conduct a board meeting in our 10 seater function room or a larger affair in the Quarterdeck Restaurant or choose to host a delegation of up to 150 at our sister hotel, The Commodore.
